When I decided to start my online business I did my research and bought in to some internet marketing training courses and quickly discovered that there really are legitimate ways to make money online and that there are alot of people earning an income from a variety of different methods. Before then I was just as sceptical as the next guy on all the advertisements that you run across surfing the internet. It seems like they are around every corner. I got over the fear of filling in all the information required to join up to websites that will pay you and found out really quick that you can earn some extra money. I'll use get paid to read email websites as an example. You will notice if you have clicked on my get paid to read email section of my website and looked through some of the information on the different sites listed that most of them have a sign up bonus of five to ten dollars. You will start recieving email ads after joining up and get paid on average about  two cents per viewed ad (really you dont even have to keep the ad window open to get paid. You can minimize it) and suddenly you realize that you can earn money online from these types of websites. You might be saying to your self that is really not alot of money (spare change a day veiwing ads) and you are right it's not. With out getting into alot of detail on each of these get paid to read email sites most of them offer you a way to refer new members to their site and will pay you a percentage of the ads viewed by the people you referred. All of the sudden you are earning residule income from your referrals and on the ads you view. You can build up a nice little monthly income from just this one make money online category. You have just made 2340 dollars for reffering 10 new members and having each person under you also sign up ten active new members and that is not the only way that you earn money from being a member of 6dgr. This is based on you only reffering 10 new members. Plug in some higher numbers of reffered members and see what kind of numbers you can come up with and this is just one website I have listed. Here are some of the first things to do before signing up to the websites that will pay you money. Number one is to get a dedicated email account from either google, yahoo or any of the other free email account providers available.  You might even already have an email account set up that you are not using that would work fine. I have noticed that a lot of these sites do frown on aol email accounts for various reasons. Once you sign up for these sites you are going to start recieving email because that is how they communicate with you. I have been doing this for a long time and I belong to hundreds of sites and I have never talked to one single person on the phone. You don't want to use your regular email account for these sites keep those for your personal use. Out of all my email accounts I like gmail from google the best because it does a great job of seperating spam from the mail that you want to recieve. Also it is quick and easy to look through either your spam or inbox for important mail and click a star on the important entries and then click delete all unstarred messages. Also it is free and you can have more than one email address.

Next thing to do would be to download the free version of Roboform. This is not necessary but does save you alot of time signing in to all your websites. It is a thirty day free trail for the full version after thirty days you will be limited on how many site logins and profiles you will be able to use. You can continue to use the free version as long as you like. For the price this is an absolute must have even if your not running an online business. I currently have over two hundred sites saved on roboform. One click and you are signed on to your site of choice. Typing in a username, password and any other personal information when you open a website is a thing of the past. One click and all your sign up information is filled in. When you open a site in your  browser that roboform has information on it will show a box that when clicked on  will correctly fill the login information for that site. The time this program saves you is well worth the cost of the pro version after the thirty day trail has expired. The price is a one time fee of 29.95 for the full version and they are always running some kind of discount. Here is a good tip for anything you are getting ready to purchase online it don't matter what it is. If they have a spot to enter a redemption code when you are checking out and you dont have a code then search google for (redemption code for that particular product are service) and see what kind of results you come up with. You will be surprised at what you find.

Stay organized when you sign up to all the money making websites listed here on makemoneyonline.com. Create a file in your favorite word program and enter each sites web address followed by the email address you used along with the user name, Password and any other information you get upon sign up. Assign a number to each one and create a list on one page. That way you can check your list each time you sign up to a new site to make sure you havn't already joined.
